Refund policy

At Blaqhorse, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below to understand our approach to exchanges and replacements:

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The product must be unused,

• In its original packaging, and

• In the same condition as when received.

Exchanges to a different article (e.g., a different size, color, or design) will incur a min fee of ₹200 or 10% of total order value along with any price difference between the original and new item.

2. Replacement Policy for Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement of the same article, subject to verification.

To verify the issue, please send a clear, unedited video of the package being opened. The video must:

Clearly show the package being opened,
Show the product in its original condition, and
Clearly highlight the defect or damage.

This video must be emailed to info@blaqhorse.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Replacements are provided free of charge for the same article if the video verification confirms damage or defect.

3. Important Notes

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns are not accepted, except for defective or damaged products as described above.
All exchange requests are subject to availability.
Requests without proper video proof or made outside the specified timeframe will not be eligible.
